Benjamin Lied is a Rechtsanwalt (LL.M, Paris) and a lawyer in Sagasser’s M&A department.
Thanks to his French-German background, he advises and represents international companies, particularly of French and foreign origin, mainly from German-speaking, French-speaking and Anglo-Saxon countries. He is also involved in litigation and pre-litigation cases, in which he advises and represents clients throughout the proceedings.
He advises on corporate law, M&A transactions and the restructuring of international groups. He assists companies with their international projects involving international expertise.
