Antje Luke advises companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and day-to-day company law. In the context of mergers and acquisitions, she also covers regulatory aspects, including foreign investment control. She advises French, German and international companies, banks and investment funds on all issues of commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation and compliance. She has been working with Sagasser Selas for over 15 years.
In addition to her international experience, Antje Luke is known for her work in both France and Germany, thanks to her in-depth knowledge of both cultures and legal systems and her dual training in German and French law. Passionate about her international activities, Antje Luke is involved in Franco-German legal associations, speaks regularly at international events and is involved in teaching international M&A at the Hochschule Düsseldorf.
With over 15 years’ experience in an international environment, she supports the team as a trilingual and versatile assistant.
