Verena Moll advises international companies on their projects in France and Germany. She has developed particular expertise in corporate restructuring and transactions. She also assists her clients in negotiating and drafting complex contractual arrangements in an international context, particularly in the fields of business law, company law and employment law. She also advises well-known construction companies and real estate investors on their construction and real estate projects in Germany.
Passionate about the international dimension of her practice, Verena Moll has recognised expertise in private international law and regularly speaks at international events, including with specialists in international civil procedure, the law of the international sale of goods (‘Vienna Convention’), compliance and mergers and acquisitions.
In 2022, Verena Moll was awarded the ‘German Lawyers’ Prize‘, presented every two years by the Paris Bar, the German Lawyers’ Association (DAV) and the Federal Bar Association (BRAK).
